Rebuilding Together Seattle has trusted us for a long time to provide timely, cost efficient, and complete website solutions. Last November, they were in need of a new printer fast and didn’t have anyone to help them. We received a phone call from the Director asking if we could do anything to assist them.
We discussed with the Director what their price range was, the type of printer (laserjet, inkjet, or all-in-one), and how they intended to set it up in the office. After gathering the information needed, we went to Office Max, found the printers that matched their requirements, and called the Director to confirm the purchase while we were in the store. Rebuilding Together Seattle decided that they wanted to add insurance to the printer so we purchased that for them as well.
Upon returning to the office, we installed the printer, connected it to the network, shared the printer with every computer in the office, and ensured that it was ready for immediate use. The Director was very happy with our service and asked us to install another one only a few months later.
